SE20 Odyssey

Launched in January 2006 the sensational Lowrey Odyssey.

The Odyssey in the model below the Premier SE20 and now completes the Intermediate SE series line up. The Odyssey features many of the amazing sounds and styles of it's bigger brother, whilst still being housed in a solid wood cabinet; key to making that 'sweet' Lowrey sound.

A popular Lowrey feature found on this model is the very useful Song Setup. No less than one hundred of your favourite song titles can be found in this library. By choosing one of the titles, the whole organ is set up with the perfect sound and style for you to the play your chosen song. This means that your music will always have an incredible sound to it!


Whether you are a Big Band & Jazz fan or maybe you like to play Country music, the Odyssey contains over 40 fully orchestrated rhythm styles, all of which have very musical intros and endings. For each style you have the option to press the purple Rhythm Preset button. Pressing this button will give you a great sound. However, the eight General Preset buttons, located above the upper keyboard give you a further eight setups for your chosen style. This means that there are over three-hundred and fifty rhythm presets inside the Lowrey Odyssey, ensuring a wide variety of sounds for your songs.

The eight General Presets buttons can be used to store your own sounds. To start with though, you have eight popular combinations already in these buttons! From the famous sweet Lowrey organ sound, via the mighty theatre organ, through to Strings and a Big Band ensemble, these eight presets will have you making great music from the second you turn on your Lowrey Odyssey. The Big Band Category Preset group gives the player eight wonderful sounds in the Big Band style. With all these setups added together it means that there are over four hundred and fifty varied presets sitting the Lowrey Odyssey ready for you to use!

If you would like to record your own performances, you can record and store up to six of these inside the Odyssey's Music Recorder section. The large LCD screen called the Information Centre (see above), shows you all the information you will need when playing your Lowrey Odyssey. These includes items such as sounds, styles, chord and tempo.

Along with a luxuriously padded bench, a state-of-the-art audio system, two 49-note keyboards and a 13-note pedalboard, the Lowrey Odyssey is a truly wonderful addition to the Lowrey Home Organ range.
