Guitars and Amplification

Allens guitar and amplification department was established back in the 1950's and enjoys a fine reputation for supplying and maintaining quality instruments and sound systems. An extensive range of classical, acoustic, semi-acoustic, electric and bass guitars from many manufacturers are stocked including Fender, Yamaha, Hofner, Tanglewood, Gretsch & Shine are stocked.

A large range of accessories are stocked and usually a selection of quality used instruments. We also offer a high standard of repairs and setup service.

Ampilfiers of all sizes are also avilable, from 10 watt practice amps, to larger equipment suitable for stage work. Fender and Yamaha amplification figure strongly in our sound reinforcement department with a comprehensive range available from stock. We also offer complete P.A systems with a good choice of mixing desks and speaker sets available from companies such as Yamaha and JBL.
