Tom Hack

Introducing Tom Hack

Tom Hack has over 15 years of experience as a guitarist.

He has performed across Norfolk and Suffolk in a variety of cover bands. Following private tuition with renowed professional guitarist, Terry Bunting, further education came at college following which he has applied his skills to teaching.

His personal musical influences include Jimi Hendrix, Rory Gallagher, Jeff Beck through to Rob Harris (Jamiroquai) and Joe Walsh (James Gang).

Outside of teaching guitar, he continues to performs in a variety of bands which has enabled him to add additional genres to his catalogue of styles including Funk, Rock, Blues, Soul, Reggae, Ska, Jazz & Metal

Introducing Caroline Heggie

Caroline Heggie is a versatile musician with a passion for teaching Violin. She has over 15 years of experience as a violinist and music theorist.

She trained in the USA where she earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in music education. She has taught privately, in primary and secondary schools, and at the university level. Caroline prioritises inclusivity and her teaching philosophy emphasises inspiring love for music at all levels.

Her academic research has focused on utilising existing performance skills to achieve demanding music theory requirements. She has remained active in the performance scene, a member of Norwich’s Philharmonic Orchestra and Mozart Orchestra.
